December 17th; O Wisdom – O Sapientia

I haven’t gotten around to doing my own recordings of the O antiphons. I’m posting anyway with what I can scrounge up on the web. Hopefully I can create at least some of my own versions before Advent is over. If not, then I have a to do list for next year.

There’s not much available in English so I guess I really ought to produce these. Here is a translation at least.

O Wisdom, which proceeds from the mouth of the Almighty, stretching from one end to the other, ordering all things in sweetness and might, come and teach unto us the way of prudence.
